    Episode 1

    Morgan’s routine is thrown off when the local strike forces his job to shut down indefinitely. With nothing but time and bills, he leans on his best friend Landon, who’s busy under the hood, working from home and avoiding his parole officer's calls. The small town feels even smaller.

  • 2 - He's Back

    Episode 2

    An old high school friend—now successful and living big—returns for a quick visit. He reaches out to Morgan with a potential job lead outside of town. Morgan hesitates to respond.

  • 3 - Nowhere To Be

    Episode 3

    With no work and no plans, Morgan spends a quiet day alone—camping in the backyard, dozing off, and drifting through memories. For the first time in a while, the silence feels comforting… until it doesn’t.

    Episode 4

    Tensions rise when Landon pushes Morgan to stop wasting time. Landon dreams of escaping town once his parole ends—but Morgan isn’t sure what he wants. Their heart-to-heart turns heated, but it ends in truth: Morgan says Landon’s done the time. Now he needs to serve it and move on.

    Landon’s caught up in car repairs and parole check-ins. Morgan spends another day alone, killing time in a town that stopped growing. As everyone stays busy, Morgan quietly reflects on what “staying” really means.

    Morgan helps Landon with a tough car rebuild, sharing laughs and silence under the hood. Landon needs this project to fund his exit plan. Morgan, for the first time, considers one of his own. By sunset, he finally calls their old friend back. Maybe change isn’t so bad after all.
